File of life programs

A file of life is a great tool to help plan for the unexpected. You may want to see whether your town has a File of Life program. On the File of Life information card you can record personal information concerning medical conditions, drug allergies, emergency contact numbers for friends and family members, doctors information, prescription information and any special circumstances rescue personnel should know. A decal on your door alerts emergency personnel to your File of Life.
