Are you a home care worker or do you know someone who works in the home care industry?
Have you ever hired home care services to help care for a loved one or do you think it could be something you may need to consider in the future?
Do you believe in the value of home healthcare and believe that more funding should be invested in the elderly population so that they can get the proper care and attention they need to age safely in place?
…If you answered yes to any of the questions above, then please take a minute of your time to be an advocate for the aging population and our home care workers by completing this form:

By signing, you are showing your support of $28 million being factored into the FY2020 Massachusetts State Budget for the purposes of wage relief and benefits for home care workers. Of the $28 million request, $13 million would be directed toward wages and benefits for homemakers and personal care/home health aides in the Elder Affairs Home Care Program and $15 million for home health aide wages and benefits in MassHealth’s Home Health benefit. These funds would result in an approximate $1.57 per hour increase for homemakers/personal care homemakers and $2.29 per hour for home health aides.
This is such an important issue for us as a company, our workers and the industry as a whole. We thank you, in advance, for your support!
