ABC has immediate opening for an experienced Home Care RN. Join our team!
2-3 days, 8 am – 4 pm (potential for full-time).
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team. In this position you will oversee patient care services, take new referrals for services, and visit clients at home to assess for services, supervise and support our home health aide staff in the field.
This position requires an RN with at least 3 years nursing experience; strong clinical and computer competence along with excellent communication skills. Must be a TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously, able to prioritize and demonstrate problem solving skills & motivate others. Previous private home care experience is a plus.
