Having trouble getting your COVID vaccine appointment?

While you might be part of the phase in Massachusetts that is able to get the vaccine – many people are finding it’s not too easy to actually set up your appointment. There are a few resources we’ve learned about that are designed to help you if you are having trouble getting your vaccine.

Manned by volunteers, this website is a free service. They will help people navigate and schedule their vaccinations.  They will either book for you or help you book an appointment.  This site also includes an great resource page if you want to continue to try to secure your own COVID vaccine appointment in Massachusetts.
This tool enables Massachusetts residents to search for a vaccination location (by ZIP code, city/town name, or the name of a vaccination location) and view appointment availability before scheduling.

Mass 211
Residents 75 and older who do not have internet or cannot use the website can call 2-1-1 to access the Vaccine Scheduling Resource Line, to schedule an appointment over the phone.  You may also call  (877) 211-6277 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All calls are free and confidential. Interpreter services are available in multiple languages.
